You must only upload resources that you have the authority or permission to share.
These are resources that you own, or you on behalf of your organization, business, or church have the right to share knowing that they will be downloaded, replicated, and used by others with no compensation to you.
Completing the submission fields accurately and succinctly is important in making the resource information helpful to the user. When choosing a title for the resource, it is better to be specific (e.g. “Leading Youth for Ages 4-12” is better than “Leading Children”) so that each resource can be identified from the others.
Not all fields on the submission form are required; however, we ask that you provide as much information about the resource as possible. If you have questions about what information goes in the field, rest your mouse on the help icon by the field title, and a little pop up box will give you more information.
Many users of Leading-Well have low bandwidth, and it is the goal of the description to give users as much information as possible before they download the resource. A good description should be between 3-6 sentences and could include the following:
Leading-Well exists to equip the Christian leaders to fulfill the Great Commission. Resources that address the topics of church, leadership, and theology are welcome on the site! If the resource is print (books, curriculum, papers, magazines, etc.) they must be in PDF format.
Because of the varying levels of expertise and capacity of the users, there is no clear definition of “What is a good resource?” However, we ask that you consider the quality of your resource before you submit it on Leading-Well.
Here are some questions to consider:
Thank you for taking the time to contribute to the Leading-Well community! May God bless and multiply our resources to equip the church worldwide.
A Reviewer from the Leading-Well team will process your submission, verifying that it meets the Leading-Well Submission Guidelines. If it is approved, you will receive and email confirmation and the resource will be posted on the site under the Content section. If it is not approved, you will receive an email with an explanation of which part of the resource didn't meet Leading-Well standards and some notes from the Reviewer if clarifications or revisions are necessary in order to post it on the site.
Are you leading well? We know that leadership is a difficult journey and you will need resources along the way. We hope to be a well of resources so you can lead more like Jesus.
